Questions public-adjuster firms ask

Understand the workflow before changing it.

Can we add our own logo to the client portal?

Yes. A firm owner or admin can upload the firm logo and set firm details in Settings. The logo appears in the secure client portal and on supported firm-facing documents and communications.

What can a client see in the portal?

Clients see a client-safe claim overview, selected updates, document requests and uploads, and the current next step. The firm controls the claim workflow and keeps staff-only work in the firm workspace.

Are internal notes and AI work visible to the client?

No. Internal notes, strategy, staff tasks, financial details, call logs, and AI workspace activity are not part of the client-safe portal view.
